Original recipe serves 4

Ice cubes
1 cup
Fresh mint leaves
10-12 leaves, plus more for garnish
Honey
2 tablespoons, or to taste
Fresh lime juice
juice of 2 limes
Watermelon
4 cups, cubed and seedless

Instructions

  1. Prepare all your ingredients. Make sure your watermelon is ripe and sweet.
  2. In a blender, combine the seedless watermelon cubes, freshly squeezed lime juice, honey, and mint leaves.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Blend the mixture until it's smooth and well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of water to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Taste the cooler. If you prefer it sweeter, add more honey and blend again until well combined.
  6. Pour the watermelon lime cooler into glasses.
  7. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint leaves for an added touch of freshness.
  8. Serve immediately while chilled and enjoy this refreshing, hydrating, and healthy summer treat!
