
Watermelon Mint Limeade

Ingredients
- Ice cubes (2 cups)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Lime juice (1/4 cup)
- Fresh mint leaves (1/4 cup)
- Watermelon (4 cups, cubed)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon, mint leaves, lime juice, and honey.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Place a fine mesh strainer over a pitcher and pour the watermelon mixture through the strainer to remove any pulp.
- Discard the pulp and transfer the strained liquid back into the blender.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend until the mixture is slushy.
