Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves

Strawberries
1/2 cup, sliced (plus extra for garnish)
Milk
1 cup (dairy or non-dairy)
Hot water
2 tablespoons
Sugar
2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
Instant coffee
2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
  2. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture on high speed for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes thick and frothy.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes to your desired level.
