Dried noodles
8 ounces
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
Scallions
4, chopped
Dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Light soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste

  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing gently to ensure the noodles are evenly coated in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors.
  5. Season with salt to taste, adjusting as needed. Serve the noodles hot, garnished with additional scallions if desired.
