Instructions
- Begin by cleaning the yellow croaker fish thoroughly and set it aside.
- Take a large pot and add water, slices of fresh ginger, and chopped green onions. Bring this mixture to a boil.
- Gently add the cleaned yellow croaker fish to the boiling water. Allow it to cook for about 15 minutes.
- After the fish has cooked, carefully remove it from the pot. Debone the fish and remove the skin, then return the meat back to the pot.
- Now, add the noodles to the broth. Let them cook for about 5 minutes, or until they become tender.
- To season the soup, add soy sauce and salt. Stir well to combine.
