Ingredients

Water
8 cups
Salt

Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Green onions
4, chopped (plus additional for garnish)
Fresh ginger
2-inch piece, peeled and sliced
Noodles
200 grams
Yellow croaker fish
1 whole, cleaned and gutted

Instructions

  1. Begin by cleaning the yellow croaker fish thoroughly and set it aside.
  2. Take a large pot and add water, slices of fresh ginger, and chopped green onions. Bring this mixture to a boil.
  3. Gently add the cleaned yellow croaker fish to the boiling water. Allow it to cook for about 15 minutes.
  4. After the fish has cooked, carefully remove it from the pot. Debone the fish and remove the skin, then return the meat back to the pot.
  5. Now, add the noodles to the broth. Let them cook for about 5 minutes, or until they become tender.
  6. To season the soup, add soy sauce and salt. Stir well to combine.
  7. Serve this heartwarming soup hot, and for an extra touch of freshness, garnish with additional green onions.
