- Green onions
- 4, chopped (plus additional for garnish)
- Fresh ginger
- 2-inch piece, peeled and sliced

- 200 grams
- Yellow croaker fish

Instructions
- Begin by cleaning the yellow croaker fish thoroughly and set it aside.
- Take a large pot and add water, slices of fresh ginger, and chopped green onions. Bring this mixture to a boil.
- Gently add the cleaned yellow croaker fish to the boiling water. Allow it to cook for about 15 minutes.
- After the fish has cooked, carefully remove it from the pot. Debone the fish and remove the skin, then return the meat back to the pot.
- Now, add the noodles to the broth. Let them cook for about 5 minutes, or until they become tender.
- To season the soup, add soy sauce and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Serve this heartwarming soup hot, and for an extra touch of freshness, garnish with additional green onions.
Tips
- For a spicy kick, you can add a few drops of chili oil before serving. If yellow croaker isn't available, any white fleshed fish can be used as a substitute.
