Yema

Instructions
- In a non-stick pan, melt the butter over low heat, being careful not to let it brown.

- Roll each shaped Yema ball in granulated sugar until fully coated, giving them a sweet, crunchy exterior.
- Place the coated Yema balls in small paper cups or on a lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
