Original recipe serves 4

Plain yogurt
2 cups
Honey
3 tablespoons
Mixed berries
2 cups (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Granola
1 cup
Fresh mint leaves
for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the plain yogurt and honey until well combined and smooth.
  2. In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a layer of the yogurt mixture at the bottom (about 1/3 of the glass).
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt, using about half of the berries.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries (about 1/4 cup).
  5. Repeat the layering process two more times until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries and granola on top.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and flavor.
  7. Serve immediately for the best texture or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
