Servings: 1
Ingredients
- Yorkshire tea bag
- 1
- Ground coffee
- 2 tablespoons
- Hot water
- 1 cup
- Milk
- 1/2 cup
- Sweetener
- to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Place the Yorkshire tea bag and the ground coffee in a French press.
- Pour 1 cup of hot water over the tea bag and coffee. Allow the mixture to steep for 4 minutes to fully extract the flavors.
- After steeping, press down the plunger of the French press to separate the liquid from the tea bag and coffee grounds. Alternatively, if using a heatproof container, strain the mixture to remove the solids.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot, but take care not to let it boil.
- Pour the strained tea and coffee mixture into your favorite mug.
- Add the hot milk to the mug and sweeten to taste, if desired. Stir well to blend all the flavors together.
- Enjoy your Yorkshire Tea Infused Coffee while hot. It's best paired with your favorite biscuit or pastry.
