Ideal for both tea and coffee enthusiasts, it will surely add a twist to your usual morning or afternoon pick-me-up.

Servings: 1

Ingredients

Yorkshire tea bag
1
Ground coffee
2 tablespoons
Hot water
1 cup
Milk
1/2 cup
Sweetener
to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the Yorkshire tea bag and the ground coffee in a French press.
  2. Pour 1 cup of hot water over the tea bag and coffee. Allow the mixture to steep for 4 minutes to fully extract the flavors.
  3. After steeping, press down the plunger of the French press to separate the liquid from the tea bag and coffee grounds. Alternatively, if using a heatproof container, strain the mixture to remove the solids.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot, but take care not to let it boil.
  5. Pour the strained tea and coffee mixture into your favorite mug.
  6. Add the hot milk to the mug and sweeten to taste, if desired. Stir well to blend all the flavors together.
  7. Enjoy your Yorkshire Tea Infused Coffee while hot. It's best paired with your favorite biscuit or pastry.
