- Lemon slice

- Whipped cream

- Espresso or strong coffee
- 1 shot (about 1 ounce)
- Honey
- 1 tablespoon
- Fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon, grated
- Lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon
- Milk
- 1 cup (whole, almond, or oat milk)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it is hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Add the lemon zest, grated ginger, and honey to the milk. Stir well to combine and dissolve the honey.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the milk steep for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

- Once the milk has steeped, strain it into a mug, discarding the lemon zest and ginger pieces.
