Ingredients
- Baguette (1, sliced)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Fresh basil (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Zucchini (2 medium, thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the zucchini slices and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped basil, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
