Ingredients

  • Parmesan cheese (2 tablespoons, grated)
  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
  • Butter (4 tablespoons)
  • Zucchini (4 medium-sized, sliced)

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Cook the zucchini for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
