
Zucchini and Garlic Tart

Ingredients
- Fresh basil (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
- Milk (1/2 cup)
- Eggs (3)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Zucchini (2 medium, thinly sliced)
- Puff pastry (1 sheet)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it in a tart pan.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened. Season with salt and pepper.

- Spread the cooked zucchini and garlic mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
