Provencal Zucchini and Garlic Tian
Inspired by the traditional cuisine of Provence, this Zucchini and Garlic Tian combines fresh, simple ingredients to create a dish that sings with flavor. Tender, thinly-sliced zucchini is delicately seasoned with minced garlic, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper, then lightly dressed in premium olive oil before being baked to perfection. - 3 medium-sized, thinly sliced Zucchini
- 4 cloves, minced Garlic

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- While the oven is heating, thinly slice the zucchini using a mandolin slicer or a sharp knife.
- Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, minced garlic, olive oil, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss gently until the zucchini slices are evenly coated.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a 9x13 inch baking dish, overlapping them in a shingle pattern for a visually pleasing presentation.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the edges are golden brown.
