Amarone

A powerful, luxurious red wine made from partially dried Corvina, Rondinella, and other Valpolicella grapes using the appassimento method. Intensely concentrated with flavors of raisined cherry, chocolate, fig, and tobacco. Full-bodied with a velvety, almost Port-like richness.
