Vin Santo
Tuscany's traditional 'holy wine,' made from Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes dried on straw mats for months before a long, slow fermentation in small sealed barrels. Rich amber in color with flavors of dried apricot, caramel, toasted almonds, and orange peel.
