Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk together until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract, and the Amish Friendship Bread starter. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts for added texture and flavor.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
