- Apricots
- 2 cups, sliced
- Sugar
- 1 cup
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch

- Cinnamon

- Flour tortilla chips
- 4 cups
- Butter
- 1/2 cup, melted
- Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Whipped cream

- Vanilla ice cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sliced apricots, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens into a filling consistency. Once done, remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside.
- Arrange the flour tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
