Instructions
- Start by bringing a cup of filtered water to a boil in a kettle or saucepan.
- Meanwhile, place 2 tablespoons of freshly ground Arabica coffee beans in a French press or coffee maker. The coarser the grind, the stronger and richer your coffee will be.
- Once the water reaches a rolling boil, carefully pour it over the coffee grounds.
- Allow the coffee to steep for 4 minutes. This is the perfect time to extract the maximum flavor from the beans without letting it become bitter.
- Slowly press down the plunger of the French press, or if you’re using a coffee maker, start it now.
- Pour the blackwater coffee into your favorite mug, inhale the rich aroma, and take a moment to savor your perfect cup of coffee. Enjoy!
Tips
- For a smoother taste, you can try brewing with cold water and letting it steep overnight.
- Adjust the amount of coffee to suit your taste. More coffee will result in a stronger flavor.
- Always use freshly ground coffee for the best flavor.
