Ice cubes
enough to fill a cocktail shaker and a serving glass
Orange slice
1, for garnish
Simple syrup
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon, freshly squeezed
Orange juice
1/2 cup, freshly squeezed
Vodka
1.5 ounces
Blue curacao
1 ounce

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes to chill the cocktail.
  2. Pour the vodka, blue curacao, freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup into the cocktail shaker.
  3. Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 to 20 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
  4. Fill a serving glass with fresh ice cubes.
  5. Strain the chilled cocktail into the prepared serving glass, ensuring no ice from the cocktail shaker enters the glass.
