Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, ensuring it's slightly larger than the pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Arrange the sliced yellow and red bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes artfully on top of the cheese.
