Ingredients

- Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Tomato sauce (1/2 cup)
- Pizza dough (1 pound)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
