Eucalyptus Tea

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons, dried or 4-6 fresh leaves Eucalyptus leaves
- 4 cups Water
- 1-2 tablespoons, to taste Honey
- 1, for garnish Lemon slice

Instructions
- In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.
- Once boiling, add 2 tablespoons of dried eucalyptus leaves or 4-6 fresh eucalyptus leaves to the water.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer and let the mixture steep for 10-15 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor.
- After steeping, strain the tea using a fine mesh sieve to remove the leaves.
- Pour the tea into cups and sweeten with honey to taste. Stir well to dissolve the honey.
