Hibiscus Tea Cooler

Ingredients
- Water
- 4 cups
- Hibiscus tea bags
- 4 bags
- Honey
- 1/4 cup (or to taste)
- Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup, plus extra for garnish
- Ice cubes

Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the hibiscus tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes for the best flavor.
- Carefully remove the tea bags and stir in the honey and fresh lemon juice until fully dissolved. Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it for at least 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.
- To serve, fill tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled hibiscus tea over the ice until the glass is three-quarters full.
- Garnish each glass with a few fresh mint leaves for a burst of flavor and aroma.
