Ingredients

Original recipe serves 1

Caramel sauce
2 tablespoons
Whipped cream
a dollop
Milk
1 cup
Caramel syrup
1 tablespoon
Coffee
1 shot (around 30ml), freshly brewed

Instructions

  1. Start by brewing a shot of your favorite coffee. An espresso shot would be perfect for this recipe.
  2. While the coffee is brewing, heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Keep an eye on the milk to ensure it gets hot, but does not reach boiling point.
  3. In your chosen coffee mug, add the caramel syrup.
  4. Next, pour the freshly brewed hot coffee over the caramel syrup in the mug. Stir well until the caramel syrup is completely dissolved into the coffee.
  5. Now, pour the hot milk into the coffee mug. Use a spoon to hold back the foam while pouring.
  6. Grab your milk frother or a whisk, and whip up the milk until it is creamy and foamy. If you don't have a milk frother, a small whisk or even a spoon can do the job. Just make sure to whisk vigorously to create a good foam.
  7. Gently spoon the milk foam over the surface of the coffee.
  8. Top your delicious drink off with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce for that extra indulgence.
  9. Your Kinneret Caramel Coffee is ready! Serve hot and savor every sip. Enjoy this little luxury to start your day or as a sweet treat anytime.
