Ice cubes
1 cup
Water
1 cup
Honey
2 tablespoons
Lemon
1, juiced
Ginger
1 inch piece, peeled and grated
Kiwi
3, peeled and cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling the kiwis and cutting them into chunks. Also, peel a one-inch piece of ginger and grate it using a fine grater.
  2. In a blender, add the kiwi chunks, grated ginger, juice from one lemon, and two tablespoons of honey.
  3. Pour in a cup of water and add a cup of ice cubes.
  4. Blend everything together until smooth and well combined. Ensure no chunks of fruit remain for a silky smooth juice.
  5. Pour the juice into glasses, garnish with a slice of lemon or kiwi if you like, and serve chilled for optimal refreshment.
