
Lemon Ginger Cooler
This refreshing lemon ginger cooler is a perfect summer beverage to beat the heat.
Ingredients
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Ice cubes (1 cup)
- Sparkling water (2 cups)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Lemon juice (1/4 cup)
- Fresh ginger (1-inch piece, peeled and grated)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the grated ginger, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well to dissolve the honey.
- In a pitcher, add the ginger mixture and sparkling water. Stir to combine.
- Add the ice cubes to serving glasses.
- Pour the lemon ginger mixture over the ice cubes.
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
