
Lemongrass Pork Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- Roasted peanuts (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Cucumber (1, thinly sliced)
- Carrots (1 cup, shredded)
- Lettuce leaves (8-10 leaves)
- Red chili flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
- Honey (1 tablespoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Fish sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, grated)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Lemongrass (2 stalks, finely chopped)
- Pork tenderloin (1 pound, thinly sliced)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lemongrass, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, honey, and red chili flakes.
- Add the sliced pork to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated pork slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
