- Gelatin (1 tablespoon)
- Cold water (3 tablespoons)
- Whipping cream (1 cup)
- Powdered sugar (2 tablespoons)
- Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)

Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, puree the diced mangoes until smooth and set aside.
