- 6, halved Passion fruits
- 4 cups, chilled Water
- 1/4 cup (adjust to taste) Sugar

Instructions
- Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a bowl.
- Add the pulp to a blender and blend for a few seconds until the pulp is separated from the seeds.
- Strain the blended pulp through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl to remove the seeds, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
- In a pitcher, combine the strained juice with the chilled water and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Taste the juice and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes and serve immediately, garnished with a slice of passion fruit or a sprig of mint if desired.
