Pineapple and Ginger Drink

A refreshing and healthy drink made with fresh pineapple and ginger.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Honey (2 tablespoons)
  • Water (4 cups)
  • Ginger (1 inch piece, peeled and chopped)
  • Pineapple (1 large, peeled and chopped)

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped pineapple, ginger, and water in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
  4. Stir in the honey until it is fully dissolved.
  5. Serve the drink over ice cubes.
