
Pineapple and Ginger Drink
A refreshing and healthy drink made with fresh pineapple and ginger.
Ingredients
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Water (4 cups)
- Ginger (1 inch piece, peeled and chopped)
- Pineapple (1 large, peeled and chopped)
Instructions
- Place the chopped pineapple, ginger, and water in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
- Stir in the honey until it is fully dissolved.
- Serve the drink over ice cubes.
