Ingredients

  • Fresh basil (a handful, torn)
  • Prosciutto (100g, thinly sliced)
  • Black olives (1/2 cup, sliced)
  • Artichoke hearts (1/2 cup, sliced)
  • Mushrooms (1/2 cup, sliced)
  • Mozzarella cheese (200g, shredded)
  • Tomato sauce (1 cup)
  • Pizza dough (1 ball (about 10 ounces))

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Divide the mushrooms, sliced artichoke hearts, sliced black olives, and prosciutto into four sections on the pizza, representing the four seasons.
  7. Drizzle the olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
  10. Slice and serve hot.
