Pizza dough
1 batch (store-bought or homemade)
Pizza sauce
1 cup
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Salami

Pepperoni

Red onion

Black olives
1/2 cup, sliced
Fresh basil
1/4 cup, chopped
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness (thin crust or thick crust).
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a greased baking sheet or a preheated pizza stone.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  6. Layer the sliced salami and pepperoni evenly across the cheese.
  7. Add the thinly sliced red onion and black olives on top.
  8. Garnish with the chopped fresh basil and season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to taste.
