2 oz
Fresh lime juice
1 oz
Simple syrup
1 oz
Lime wedge
1 (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice to chill.

  3. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker becomes cold to the touch.
