Ingredients

  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Paprika (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Pork belly (1 lb)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat dry the pork belly with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork belly, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  5. Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
  6. Drizzle the olive oil over the pork belly.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork belly is crispy and cooked through.
