- In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
