Instructions
- Start by placing two peach flavored black tea bags in a heatproof pitcher.
- Pour 2 cups of boiling water over the tea bags, submerging them completely. Let the tea bags steep in the water for about 5 minutes to extract their full flavor.
- After the tea has steeped, remove and discard the tea bags.
- To the pitcher, add 1 cup of peach nectar and 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir the mixture until the honey is completely dissolved and the peach nectar is well incorporated.
- Next, pour in 1 cup of milk and stir gently to blend with the tea mixture.
- Prepare two glasses by filling them with ice cubes. Pour the peach tea latte mixture over the ice cubes, filling each glass to the top.
- Finish off each glass by adding a few fresh peach slices and a sprinkle of mint leaves as garnish.
- Serve the Bellini Iced Tea Latte immediately for the best taste and enjoy the refreshing, fruity flavors!
Tips
- For a vegan version, swap out the milk for your favorite non-dairy milk like almond, soy, or oat milk. If you prefer a less sweet drink, you can reduce the amount of honey or omit it entirely. For an extra kick, add a splash of champagne, staying true to the original Bellini cocktail.
