Bellini Iced Tea Latte

Inspired by the classic Italian cocktail, the Bellini, this Bellini Iced Tea Latte is a delightful fusion of the cool, refreshing notes of iced tea and the sweet, fruity essence of a Bellini. It's a perfect summer sipper, offering a tantalizing blend of peach-infused black tea, creamy milk, and a touch of honey sweetness, crowned with fresh peach slices and mint leaves for a visually appealing and delicious drink.

2

Instructions

  1. Start by placing two peach flavored black tea bags in a heatproof pitcher.
  2. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over the tea bags, submerging them completely. Let the tea bags steep in the water for about 5 minutes to extract their full flavor.
  3. After the tea has steeped, remove and discard the tea bags.
  4. To the pitcher, add 1 cup of peach nectar and 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir the mixture until the honey is completely dissolved and the peach nectar is well incorporated.
  5. Next, pour in 1 cup of milk and stir gently to blend with the tea mixture.
  6. Prepare two glasses by filling them with ice cubes. Pour the peach tea latte mixture over the ice cubes, filling each glass to the top.
  7. Finish off each glass by adding a few fresh peach slices and a sprinkle of mint leaves as garnish.
  8. Serve the Bellini Iced Tea Latte immediately for the best taste and enjoy the refreshing, fruity flavors!

Tips

  • 💡 For a vegan version, swap out the milk for your favorite non-dairy milk like almond, soy, or oat milk. If you prefer a less sweet drink, you can reduce the amount of honey or omit it entirely. For an extra kick, add a splash of champagne, staying true to the original Bellini cocktail.
