Servings: 4

Ingredients

Cauliflower
1 head, cut into florets
All-purpose flour
1 cup
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Milk
1/2 cup
Butter
4 tablespoons, melted
Hot sauce
1/2 cup
Celery sticks
for serving
Ranch or blue cheese dressing
for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the milk, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  4. Arrange the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
  6. While the cauliflower is baking, combine the melted butter and hot sauce in a separate bowl, mixing well to create your buffalo sauce.
  7. Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and toss it in the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  8. Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  9. Serve the buffalo cauliflower bites hot with celery sticks and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
