All-purpose flour
1 cup
Milk
1 cup
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
for drizzling
Butter
1/4 cup
Hot sauce
1/2 cup
Celery sticks
for serving
Ranch or blue cheese dressing
for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the milk, ensuring it's fully coated, then dredge it in the flour mixture. Shake off any excess flour.
  4. Arrange the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  5. Drizzle a little vegetable oil over the florets to help them crisp up in the oven.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
