Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, beat together the milk, egg, and vegetable oil.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix as it can result in tough pancakes.
  4. In a small bowl, create your cinnamon swirl by mixing the cinnamon and brown sugar.
  5. In another bowl, prepare the frosting by beating the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with a little butter or oil.
