Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 large, diced Onion
- 4 cloves, minced Garlic

- 1 (28-ounce) can Canned diced tomatoes
- 4 cups Fish stock
- 1 cup Dry white wine
- 1 Bay leaf

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Stir in the red pepper flakes and tomato paste, cooking for an additional 2 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- Pour in the canned diced tomatoes, fish stock, and dry white wine. Add the bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Add the mixed seafood to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the bay leaf, stir in the chopped parsley, and adjust seasoning if necessary.
