
Four Cheese and Garlic Burrito
This delicious burrito is filled with four types of cheese and garlic for a flavorful and cheesy meal.
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Butter (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
- Mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup, shredded)
- Monterey jack cheese (1/2 cup, shredded)
- Cheddar cheese (1/2 cup, shredded)
- Flour tortillas (2 large)
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, and mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Stir until melted and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.
- Divide the cheese mixture evenly between the tortillas and spread it out in the center.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the cheese mixture.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly to form burritos.
- Place the burritos back in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
