Vegetable oil

Coconut milk

1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder

Ginger
1 inch piece, finely grated

4 cloves, minced
Chicken
500 grams, boneless, cut into pieces

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion to the pan and sauté until they turn a beautiful golden brown color.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and finely grated ginger. Allow them to cook for another minute, releasing their aromatic fragrances.
  4. Introduce the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are evenly browned on all sides.
  5. Season the chicken with the turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well to ensure each piece of chicken is generously coated in the spice mixture.
