Keto Fathead Pizza

This delicious keto-friendly pizza is made with a low-carb, gluten-free crust and topped with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • Fresh basil (2 tablespoons, chopped)
  • Black olives (1/4 cup, sliced)
  • Bell peppers (1/4 cup, sliced)
  • Pepperoni slices (1/2 cup)
  • Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded)
  • Pizza sauce (1/2 cup)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)
  • Egg (1)
  • Cream cheese (2 tablespoons)
  • Mozzarella cheese (2 cups, shredded)
  • Almond flour (1 1/2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond flour, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir well.
  3. Add the egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and press it into a thin, round crust.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the surface.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  8. Top with pepperoni slices, bell peppers, and black olives.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
  11. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
