Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cups, divided
Cream cheese
2 oz
Egg

Pizza sauce

Pepperoni slices
1 cup
Bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups of almond flour, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and 2 oz of cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir well until the mixture is smooth and combined.
  3. Add 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the mixture. Mix thoroughly until a uniform dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Using your hands or a rolling pin, press the dough into a thin, round crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until it is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven and spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce evenly over the surface.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
