Ingredients

- Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Pizza sauce (1/2 cup)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
- Almond flour (1/2 cup)
- Egg (1)
- Zucchini (2 medium, grated)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine the squeezed zucchini, egg, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the zucchini mixture into a thin, even layer, shaping it into a round pizza crust.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and add your desired toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
