
Onion and Garlic Roasted Potatoes
These onion and garlic roasted potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- Dried thyme (1/2 teaspoon)
- Paprika (1/2 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Olive oil (3 tablespoons)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Onion (1 large, thinly sliced)
- Potatoes (1.5 lbs, cut into small cubes)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potato mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, stirring once halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
