- 1 medium, julienned Carrots
- 2 cups, shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces Green beans

- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce

Instructions
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic releases its aromatic fragrance.
