
Parmesan Garlic Roasted Bell Peppers
These Parmesan Garlic Roasted Bell Peppers are a delicious and flavorful side dish. The bell peppers are roasted to perfection with a garlic and Parmesan cheese topping.
Ingredients
- Fresh parsley (1 tablespoon, chopped)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Bell peppers (4, any color)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the inside of each bell pepper half with olive oil.
- Fill each bell pepper half with the garlic and Parmesan cheese mixture.
- Place the filled bell peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bell peppers are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve hot as a side dish or as a topping for grilled meats.
