Ingredients

- Eggs (2, beaten)
- Frozen peas (1 cup)
- Cooked jasmine rice (3 cups)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, season the beaten eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned eggs to the skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Once done, remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining vegetable oil and heat over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped green onions to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until they release their aroma.

- Return the scrambled eggs to the skillet and toss everything together until well mixed.
