Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced pork tenderloin with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.
- Add the marinated pork to the skillet and stir fry for about 5 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender but still vibrant.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the cornstarch slurry into the empty space. Cook for 1 minute, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet and toss everything together to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving hot.
Tips
- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes or sriracha to the marinade.
- You can substitute the pork with chicken or tofu for a different protein option.
- Feel free to mix in your favorite seasonal vegetables such as zucchini or mushrooms.
