
Salmon Tacos
These delicious salmon tacos are made with grilled salmon, fresh vegetables, and a tangy lime crema.
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Sour cream (1/2 cup)
- Lime (1, juiced)
- Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Red onion (1/2, thinly sliced)
- Tomato (1, diced)
- Lettuce (1 cup, shredded)
- Corn tortillas (8)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Taco seasoning (2 tablespoons)
- Salmon fillets (4)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets and rub to coat.
- Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, warm the corn tortillas on the grill or stovetop.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the lime crema.
- Flake the grilled salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- To assemble the tacos, spread a spoonful of lime crema on each tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced red onion, cilantro, and flaked salmon.
- Serve the salmon tacos with extra lime wedges and enjoy!
