Salmon fillets
4 (6-ounce)
Taco seasoning
2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Corn tortillas
8 small
Lettuce
2 cups, shredded
Tomato
1 cup, diced
Red onion
1/2 cup, thinly sliced
Cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Sour cream
1/2 cup
Lime
1, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets evenly with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets and rub to coat evenly.
  4. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.
  5. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. While the salmon rests, warm the corn tortillas on the grill or stovetop until pliable.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth to create the lime crema.
  8. Flake the grilled salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  9. To assemble the tacos, spread a spoonful of lime crema on each tortilla.
  10. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced red onion, cilantro, and flaked salmon.
