
Steelhead with Crispy Skin

Ingredients
- Fresh parsley (1 tablespoon, chopped)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Butter (2 tablespoons)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Steelhead trout fillets (2 fillets)
Instructions
- Pat the steelhead trout fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the fillets in the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Pour the sauce over the steelhead trout fillets.
- Serve the steelhead trout with crispy skin immediately.
